The code I received didn’t work by itself (though it was still a code I required). After my attempt failed, the troubleshooting notes mentioned that I might need another code to unlock the device. So, I had to shell out more cash for this extra code. If only the troubleshooting info had been shared before I made the purchase, I would’ve grabbed both codes right away to make sure I had all I needed. Customer service was pretty unhelpful and kinda rude. In the end, I managed to get both codes I required for FREE in just a few MINUTES (not days) by reaching out to Samsung support directly. Seriously, give the phone maker’s support team a shot before trying this service.
